  • How do I check in?
    On the arrival date a bit before check-in time, 15:00pm you will receive an email with all the necessary information to self check-in. The check-in process is with codes and keysafes. If unsure how to use a keysafe, please have a look at this video explaining how to use them
  • Can I check-in early and/or check-out late?
    Yes, we can offer early check in from 11:30 am subject to availability for a £15.00 charge and late check out up to 2pm for £15.00 subject to availability.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
    You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 5 days before check-in day.
  • Can I leave my luggage at the property before or after my stay?
    Unfortunately, luggage storage is not offered in the premises but on this website ( you can book a luggage storage facility in Brighton. Alternatively you can make use of the early check-in and/or late check-out services.
  • Is there any parking available?
    Unfortunately, we do not have any parking here on the seafront but we can suggest that you try pay and display parking around the building zone C. Alternatively you can go to the NCP parking in the lanes.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes, we pre-authorize a £50 charge per room. This is held as pending on your account until released upon check-out.
  • Can I pay cash upon arrival?
    Since we do not have a front desk, all payments must be settled online prior check-in. Otherwise the booking might be subject to cancellation.
